• Your name, phone number, delivery area and landmark, given by you on WhatsApp so we can deliver.
• Your order history and any measurements you choose to share, so we can advise on sizing next time.
• Your WhatsApp conversation with us, which is how we evidence what was agreed.
• Anonymous site usage (pages viewed, roughly where from) if and when we enable analytics. This never identifies you by name.

We do not collect card numbers, bank details, MoMo PINs or any password. There is no card form on this site. We will never ask you for a PIN or an OTP.

Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser’s local storage on your device. It never reaches our servers and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data clears your bag.

• To fulfil the order you asked us to fulfil.
• To answer your questions and resolve any claim.
• To tell you about new stock, only if you've asked us to.
• To keep basic business records, as any trader must.

Only who needs to: our delivery riders and courier partners receive your name, phone number and address in order to deliver. WhatsApp (Meta) processes our conversations under its own privacy terms. Our website host processes standard server logs. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, ever.

Order records are kept for two years so we can settle any dispute and honour store credit. WhatsApp conversations remain until you or we delete them. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, except where we’re required to retain a record of a completed transaction.

Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll deal with it within 14 days at no charge. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage for one thing only: remembering your shopping bag. If we add analytics later, we’ll say so on this page before we switch it on.

This shop is intended for customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
