How do I actually order?

Add pieces to your bag on this site, open the bag, and fill in your name and delivery area. One tap turns everything into a WhatsApp message with every item, size, colour and price already written out. You press send, we confirm, you pay MoMo.

Do I need a card?

No. There's no card form on this site. Everything settles by Mobile Money or cash, and card payment will come later.

When do you deliver?

Friday, Saturday, Sunday only. Pay by Thursday, 6:00 PM and your parcel makes that same weekend. After that, it joins the next run.

How much is delivery?

From GH₵25 around Adenta, from GH₵50 across Greater Accra, and from GH₵70 to other regions by courier. Pickup at our Adenta base is free.

Where do your clothes come from?

We source from international suppliers and fashion houses: the same pieces you see online, hand-selected so you don't have to gamble on a photo, wait six weeks, or deal with customs. What you see is what we've already checked with our own hands.

Can I return something if it doesn't fit?

No. All sales are final and we don't refund. That's exactly why we'll spend as long as you need on sizing before you pay. Send us your measurements and we'll tell you honestly whether a piece will work.

What if you send the wrong item?

Then it's on us. Report it within 24 hours with your unboxing video and we'll replace it or give you store credit, and we cover the delivery both ways.

Can you hold a piece for me?

Yes, for 48 hours with a 50% deposit. After that the hold lapses and it goes back on sale. Deposits go toward your order or to store credit, and they aren't refunded in cash.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Sometimes, but never reliably, because we buy in small runs so you don't meet your own outfit at an event. Message us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's coming back.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

We operate from Adenta Housing Down, off the Aburi road, Adenta, by appointment. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a time and send the exact location pin.

Can I pay on delivery?

Within the Adenta zone, sometimes. Ask us in advance and we'll say. Everywhere else, payment comes before dispatch.

How do I know I'm paying the real you?

We only collect money on 0534509494 and 0552356761, and the MoMo prompt should read Zaina's Couture. We will never ask for your PIN or an OTP.
